DWARKA EXPRESSWAY PROJECTS GURGAON

We would suggest you to have a serious look on affordable range of Projects or resale properties on Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway, also known as Northern Peripheral Expressway (NPR); with an investment horizon of 4-5 years. This is a new link connecting Dwarka with Gurgaon with an eight lane (150 mtrs wide) expressway starting from Dwarka and connecting Palam Vihar and the planned SEZs in Gurgaon to join the NH-8.

The 150m wide Dwarka Palam Vihar link is likely to offload traffic burden on the existing links - NH-8, MG road and Old Delhi road in gurgaon.

Reasons for suggesting projects on Dwarka Expressway or properties on Dwarka Expressway as an investment option

• Since it will take 3-4 years for the expressway to complete and that area to develop, the developers are selling their projects/apartments at attractive rates. The current rate at which reputed developers are selling their residential apartments are in the range of Rs. 3500 – 5000 per sqft. This rate is almost half of the rates prevailing on the well developed projects in Gurgaon and almost one third when compared with rates prevailing in Dwarka in reasonably good housing societies.
• It will soon be perceived as an extended part of Dwarka with International Airport and upcoming Diplomatic Enclave as near as it is from Dwarka. The quality of the projects coming up on Dwarka Expressway there is much better than the high priced group housing societies in Dwarka with virtually no power back up, club, sports facilities, etc.

Please look at only those projects whose entry is from or very close to main Dwarka Expressway. Once Expressway is completed or reach nearing completion, the prices of the properties there are expected to grow exponentially.
